1 Hour booked within 72 hours of appointment: $100 ( $80 for new Transgender Clients Sept and Oct 2024)

New Client Consultation $80 ( 1 hour duration non-refundable) + tax

Please note that I no longer provide brazillian clearances on the genitals for new clients.. I will do pantyline and outer areas but not full brazillian clearances. It is too hard on me physically and I cannot complete the job. The only exception to this is clearance for Gender Reassignment Surgery purposes. Dont ask, it wont happen.

Important changes to the cancellation policy PLEASE READ FULLY.
Effective immediately, all appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours notice require full payment of the appointment with NO EXCEPTIONS. Cancellations within 3 days of your appointment time will need to contact Seana to cancel and are subject to a cancellation fee as follows:
Cancellations within 72 hours, or no-show appointments are ALWAYS billed the full amount, with no exceptions provided.
I apologize this has become necessary because of one or two clients that routinely are late, cancel with minimal notice, or dont show up for their appointment. Appointments of 2 hours or greater duration require a 50% cancellation fee within 7 days or full payment within 3 days.
All clients who are new to the clinic or who have repetitively cancelled on short notice or whose account is not in good standing, will be required to put a credit card on file to secure their appointment.
HST of 13% is added to all services at the time of payment. HST is NOT included in pricing unless indicated.
Any client unable to afford their treatment will be accommodated upon speaking to me. I am very approachable on this issue, but I do need to make a living as well.
Payment is by credit card , etransfer and we can now process with debit tap or chip and pin
